Send us your part number, machine model, and serial number. We verify fitment against manufacturer cross-references before dispatching — if we are not sure, we will tell you honestly rather than guess.
Where do you ship from, and how long does it take?
We ship by air freight from China. Typical delivery is 3–8 working days depending on your region. See our Shipping & Delivery page for details.
Are your parts original (OEM)?
We sell high-quality aftermarket parts, clearly labeled as such. We do not sell counterfeit “original” parts.
What payment methods do you accept?

What if my part arrives damaged?
Contact us within 7 days with photos of the damage and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or refund right away.
